Golden ground cherries
Steeping juice, (soaking juice)
Coarse sugar
Lime Juice
Liquid Certo

« Preparation »
- In a cooking pot, bring the golden cherries to a boil along with the steeping or soaking juice.
- Add the sugar, the lime juice and cook for is minutes at a high heat.
- Add the Certo and let it cool.
Note: If the mixture is a little bit liquid, add some pulp of the ground cherries.
