Golden Ground Cherry Jam

« Ingredients »
3 L
250 ml
1.7 L
100 ml
2 Pkgs
Golden ground cherries
Steeping juice, (soaking juice)
Coarse sugar
Lime Juice
Liquid Certo

« Preparation »
  1. In a cooking pot, bring the golden cherries to a boil along with the steeping or soaking juice.
  2. Add the sugar, the lime juice and cook for is minutes at a high heat.
  3. Add the Certo and let it cool.
Note: If the mixture is a little bit liquid, add some pulp of the ground cherries.
